More information
More information about the study including mentor training and time requirements is contained in these documents:
Mentor training is provided free by the TELL Centre.
We estimate a total of approx. 10 hours will be required for mentors. This includes: training (4 hours), mentoring sessions (4x 1 hour sessions) and 1-2 hours of questionnaires and focus group follow-up.
You can mentor 1, 2 or 3 mentees. Your choice.
Mentor training will occur in the first week of February 2022 and the mentoring sessions will occur monthly in Feb, March, April and May 2022. There will be a focus group session in June 2022.
No payment is provided for being part of this study.
The results will be analysed and published. If the programme shows benefits to mentors and mentees we will look to roll this out as an ongoing service.
