  • What if I can't join the live sessions on the set date and time?

    All sessions will be recorded and converted to an online course to watch in your own time. All members will be notified when these are available to view. The advantage of joining the live sessions is that you get to talk directly to experienced physios, ask questions and hear live discussion about the topic and patient cases. You can even ask for advice about your own patients!

  • Is there a time limit on completing the courses and webinars?

    No. All courses, webinars, priority bookings, online community access and learning resources are available as long as your membership is current.

  • Who can join the online learning communities?

    Anyone who signs up for a Shoulder Academy or a Graduate Academy membership will automatically be included in their respective community. Our online communities are private, and only members are added. It is not an open social media site. We want this to be a safe and supportive place for members to learn and grow. You can even ask questions anonymously if you choose to. Join the conversation and connect with other likeminded physiotherapists.

  • Can I stop my monthly payments if I decide not to continue?

    Sure! You can opt out and stop your monthly payments at any time. If you signed up to the annual plan, you can choose not to renew at the end of the year. Please note, no refunds are given on the annual plan.
