Authorship and Development
This diagnostic framework was developed by Dr Angela Cadogan, Specialist Shoulder Physiotherapist and researcher in musculoskeletal diagnosis, in collaboration with Professor Jeremy Lewis. The framework reflects research and clinical work focused on diagnostic reasoning, classification, and decision-making in shoulder pain.
