Practice Foundations

Ben Ardagh – Ben is a musculoskeletal physiotherapist working in private practice and high-performance sport, with expertise in rehabilitation, complex injuries, and performance optimisation. He is passionate about learning and helping new graduates improve their practice.

Dr Angela Cadogan – Angela is a NZ Physiotherapy Specialist with a Ph.D. in Musculoskeletal Diagnostics, specialising in shoulder pain. She runs a private practice, works with Canterbury District Health Board, and teaches shoulder management courses.

Margaret Campbell – Margaret, a 1991 AUT graduate, has worked internationally and has 15 years of teaching experience. Her research focuses on the McKenzie Approach and health professional education. She is a Professional Practice Fellow at Otago and an instructor for the McKenzie Institute.

Ciaran Regan – Ciaran is a Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist with training from AUT, specialising in motor learning and neurological assessment. He teaches workshops and has a strong interest in strength, conditioning, and neurological injuries.

Anne Wilson – Anne is a musculoskeletal physiotherapist with experience working with sports teams and athletes. She specialises in gym rehabilitation for chronic pain and athletes. Passionate about exercise, she aims to elevate physiotherapy skills and support new graduates in problem-solving, decision-making, and client management.
