Purchase multiple seats for the same CPD course — and manage your whole team with ease!

The Group Orders feature makes it easy for you to purchase multiple seats for a single course and seamlessly assign them to others.  Everything is managed through the group orders checkout and Seat Manager dashboard, so you can effortlessly purchase and manage your teams CPD with ease.

How Group Orders Work

Purchase several seats for one course at checkout. The person who makes a Group Order purchase will be automatically assigned a Seat Manager role and can self-administer purchased seats, including sharing the sign-up link with your team. Learners can claim their seats by using the sign-up link and creating an account.

Group Orders are not available for subscriptions, monthly payment plans or free courses.  Group Orders still apply to one-time payments for all courses.  Want to enrol multi people for subscriptions?  Just email us and we will invoice and enrol your team directly ~ Seat Manager is excluded.

After a successful Group Order purchase (i.e. a purchase of more than one seat you will see the option to enrol in the purchased product.  No need to if you don’t need to do the course.

Next, you will be able to:

  • View the number of seats purchased, claimed, and still available
  • Purchase more seats as needed
  • Generate, retrieve and share sign-up links with those they’ve made this purchase for
  • View details of learners who have enrolled or claimed a seat
  • Manage seats
